• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or suspicious activity.

• All photos and content on this website belong to ShineForLess and cannot be copied.
  

2. Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days.

• Delivery time is usually 3–7 days depending on your location in India.

• We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.

• Once shipped, customers receive tracking details on WhatsApp/email.

• In case of delivery delays due to courier issues, ShineForLess is not responsible.
  

3. Return & Refund Policy

Since we deal with fashion jewellery, we follow a limited return policy:

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.

• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
  

Refund/Replacement Process

• After verification, we provide refund or replacement within 3–7 working days.

• No returns for change of mind, allergy issues, or used items.
  

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  

5. Privacy Policy

• We only collect basic information such as name, address, phone number, and email for order processing.

• We do NOT share customer information with any third party.

6. Payment Policy

• We accept online payments through Razorpay, UPI, Wallets, Cards.

• Payment failures are refunded automatically by the payment provider.
